Editorial Mission
The Chattie Blog exists to give B2B founders and sales professionals the clearest, most actionable guidance available on LinkedIn prospecting and Social Selling. Every article is written or reviewed by practitioners who run live LinkedIn campaigns — not content generalists.
Our commitment: publish only what we have tested, measured, or can source to a credible primary reference. We do not publish tactics we have not verified in real outreach environments, and we do not let commercial interests shape editorial conclusions.
Author Qualifications
All primary content on this blog is produced or reviewed by Thiago Lisboa, co-founder of Chattie and a B2B go-to-market practitioner with over 8 years running outbound sales for SaaS companies in Brazil and LATAM. Thiago manages an active LinkedIn account with daily prospecting and has overseen more than 500 outbound campaigns across verticals including HR tech, martech, and professional services.
Guest contributors and translated content are reviewed by the editorial team for factual accuracy and updated where data has changed since original publication.
Research & Fact-Checking Process
Before any claim is published, we require one or more of the following:
- Primary data from Chattie campaigns — benchmark figures (connection acceptance rates, reply rates, meeting conversion) come from aggregated data across 500+ campaigns run through the Chattie platform.
- Live account testing — feature behavior claims (LinkedIn UI, automation rules, Sales Navigator filters) are verified against real LinkedIn accounts before publication.
- Official documentation — LinkedIn's own help center and policy pages are cited when describing platform rules, limits, or UI behavior.
- Third-party primary sources — statistics from vendors (Apollo, Expandi, Lemlist, etc.) are linked to their original reports; secondary citations are clearly labeled.
We do not publish unsourced industry statistics (“studies show”, “experts say”) without a traceable primary reference.
Benchmark Data Methodology
Benchmark ranges cited in our content — connection acceptance rates, reply rates, meeting conversion rates — are derived from aggregated, anonymized data across Chattie's customer base (500+ campaigns, primarily B2B SaaS in Brazil and LATAM, 2024–2026). Sample sizes are noted where available.
We present these as directional reference points, not universal guarantees. Results vary by ICP, message quality, vertical, and LinkedIn account health. Where published data from third-party vendors differs significantly from our observations, we note the discrepancy.
Chattie Benchmark Ranges — 500+ campaigns, B2B LATAM (2024–2026)
| Metric | Range |
|---|---|
| Connection acceptance rate | 30–42% |
| Reply rate (connected) | 15–25% |
| Conversion to meeting | 6–13% |
Update & Freshness Policy
LinkedIn features, pricing, and best practices change frequently. We maintain a quarterly review cycle for our most-read articles and update them when:
- LinkedIn changes a feature, limit, or policy referenced in the article
- Our benchmark data shifts meaningfully (≥5 percentage points)
- A cited tool changes its pricing, feature set, or ceases to operate
- A reader or colleague flags a factual error
Major updates are noted at the top of the article with the revision date. Minor copy edits and link fixes are made silently.
Correction Policy
If you spot a factual error, outdated data, or a broken link, contact us at blog@trychattie.com. We review correction requests within 5 business days. Confirmed errors are corrected and labeled at the bottom of the affected article. We do not silently delete or rewrite factual claims — corrections are disclosed.
AI Content Disclosure
We use AI writing tools (including Claude) to assist with drafting, editing, and translation. Every article published on this blog is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human practitioner before publication. AI-generated text is not published unreviewed.
Translated versions (PT-BR, ES) are produced with AI assistance and reviewed for accuracy by native speakers on the Chattie team. Where translation quality affects factual nuance, we note the limitation.
Commercial Independence & Disclosures
Chattie is the publisher of this blog and a paid product in the LinkedIn AI SDR category. Articles that compare Chattie to competitors are written with the intent to be accurate — we include genuine limitations of our own product alongside competitor weaknesses.
We do not accept payment for editorial coverage. If we include affiliate links or sponsored content in the future, it will be explicitly labeled.
